Its always exciting when fall rolls around and we begin to make outdoor plans. It doesn't take long for weekends to fill up with events with the family, home projects and those fun filled car shows with old and new friends. I am excited to share with you the news about a new Car Show happening this September. A lot of work is taking place to give the Colonial Downs Racetrack the recognition every September where Horses and HorsePower come together for an annual Collector Car & Motorcycle Show. This year on Saturday September 13th, 450 cars and motorcycles will gather near historic Williamsburg Virginia at the beautiful Colonial Downs Racetrack.
In future years this annual event will be highly recognized as other annual events like the Virginia State Fair and the Strawberry Hill Races. This year our attention is focused on recognition of car enthusiasts like yourself and your club members. We have space allocated for 450 cars and motorcycles and thousands of square feet for vendors and Field of Dreams cars for sale. Even new exotic and sports car dealerships are being invited to participate.
Please accept our invitation to be part of the Annual Colonial Downs HorsePower Classic Auto Show on September 13th. This judged event will award over 100 recognitions ranging from class winners to "Best Of's" and top honors will go to "Bests Of Show" in several categories. Pre-registered clubs are permitted to award prizes to their members and will be included with the awards presentation.
Pre-registration is encouraged for designated parking allocation. Along with your pre-registration HorsePowerShows will donate money to your club for assistance in judging and administration needs on the day of the show. Additional pre-registration forms can be printed on the "Registration" button.
