The Toys of Summer! On Saturday, September September 13th at 10:30 am, four hundred and fifty classic cars and motorcycles, and six thousand people will converge on the beautiful Colonial Downs Race Track to show, compete and watch the pony's run at what will soon become Virginia's pre-emanate gathering of beautiful "HorsePower". Colonial Downs is located just off of I-64 at exit 214 between Richmond and Colonial Williamsburg, VA.
